 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Truffles was adopted from us at 6 months of age and returned 7 years later due to getting diabetes and her family couldn't take care of that.  She was lost initially and unsure of her new situation but settled in within a few days and has done great ever since. 

We quickly got her diabetes under control and she's doing fantastic!  
We have her on a frozen raw diet from Mudd Bay and she gets 2 units of insulin.  It's keeping her levels in normal range.  
She's always lived with other dogs in a child free home, including her current foster home.  
She's a very sweet girl and is feeling so good now that she's even started playing once in a while.
