 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Winter is a very slender, white scruffy fur boy and he has some blue in his brown eyes.  He was emaciated when he landed in the shelter.  Good nutrition and regular meals have him at a good weight now.  He is a sweet boy who would love a loving, quiet type home.  He is shy when younger children are around so a home with older kids would be ok.   It seems he's been picked on by other male dogs and while he generally does just fine with other dogs, he's guarded when meeting some boys initially.
