 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Hamish aha Hammy is a super cute, 10 pound, 1 year old Pekingese boy.  We're guessing he's mixed due to his smaller size.  He came to us with a shaved down coat so we don't know what his full coat is like.  It will require regular bathing and brushing for sure though.    He is lovable, friendly and very playful.  He can be bossy with some other small dogs though yet plays with larger dogs well.  His ideal home would be one that is proactive with training small dogs to behave well and instill expectations in them.  We want him to be a great adult boy.  You can hold him like a baby on his back and he just loves it!  He will also give you kisses if you're into that sort of thing. He can be toy and food possessive with other dogs though and he makes noise when people try to take his toys from him but has not bit over it. Make sure you are up for continuing to work on this with him.
