 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Penelope is only typical shih tzu in that she's a sweet social girl.  A typical is that she's very active and very playful!  She plays in the pool, rolls in the grass, runs like a crazy pup with other dogs and is just a happy outgoing little thing!  She only weighs 7-10 pounds.  Her last photo shows how unkempt she was when she arrived at a shelter as a stray.  She then received a shelter shave down but is getting her coat all tidied up at our fabulous groomers on Tuesday!
If you want the sweetness that is this breed but a more active and outgoing personality, maybe Penelope is the girl for you!
