 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

I'm cute little Emma! Unfortunately I was returned to Collar of Hope after 4 years when my Mom was no longer able to care for me. I'm looking ahead, not looking back, and ready to find a new home!  I'm adorable, sweet, and can go for walks or just dance and prance around your home.  I'm great with other dogs and cats too. 

  
(Collar of Hope notes: When we originally took Emma in, she was a baby and came with her 3 brothers after they'd been abandoned in terrible shape.  They had ring worm and bad fly strike on their tiny ears.  It took us a long time to get them healthy and then adopted so it was sad for us to get her back but her Mom had unexpected life changes and was unable to care for her like she needed and deserved.  Now we're looking for a very committed chihuahua lover to take great care of Emma for the rest of her life!   Emma had a dental done (4/10/2019).
