 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Cherokee is a gorgeous good 'ol stocky Quarterhorse gelding who is approximately 10 years old and weighs 1200 lbs. Cherokee loves kids and would be a good project/4-H horse or light trail riding or cutting for an experienced rider. He is not a jumping prospect. Cherokee would benefit with a confident or horse savy person to further his training and make him the truly awesome horse he is destined to be. Cherokee has been trained using the Clinton Anderson training method. Cherokee is broke to ride, loads/hauls, bathes, blankets and stands for farrier.
