About Bonnie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
BONNIEs ADOPTION IS PENDING AT THIS TIME. PLEASE go to our Petfinder Home Page www.collarofhope.petfinder.com for information about our rescue, adoption process and to get our adoption application Bonnie is a super sweet girl and very calm natured. She is just now turning 6 months old as evident by her just now losing her baby canine teeth. She weighs 80 pounds right now. We're not sure if she is pure bred or mixed because of her poor coat condition. It's shorter on the body but we can't determine if it was due to someone shaving her or if it is the result of poor diet or possibly a flea infestation. With a proper giant breed diet and good care from now on, her coat should come back beautifully. She is now on grain free food and we highly recommend she continue on it. She only has double dews on one rear leg but her head and size indicates that she very well may be all Pyr. She ended up in a shelter as a stray so we have no history on her. We would like to see her as part of a family and not just left outside 24/7 because she is a Pyr and will be very large. Applicants for her should have knowledge of giant breed health care, nutrition and exercise needs. Bonnie is spayed, current on vaccines, parastie treated/prevented and microchipped. Adoption fee of $400 applies.
