 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Abigail is a darling, sweet, tiny, long haired chihuahua. She's a nice little lap dog who enjoys a quiet home.  She doesn't like being around bigger dogs.  If they're old and move slower, she's ok.  If anything loud is happening around her, she will hide and won't come out until it's calm and quiet again.  
She's had her dental done and still has teeth left so she's likely not as old as we were told, maybe 8-10?  It's hard to say, we were told 12.  She doesn't care for brushing and nail trims but it's necessary.  If you're not comfortable tending to these things, she's probably not the right dog for you.  She arrives with overgrown nails and a couple were curled into her pads.  She also had a few knots that had to be snipped off.
