 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites.

Before completing our adoption application, please consider the following:

Is someone home to raise and train a puppy?
Do you have a securely fenced yard for the puppy?
Can you give a puppy a 15ish year commitment?

Whitney is an older puppy but a puppy still none the less.  She didn't come to us with any training so that will need to continue in her new home.  She's a darling, spunky, sweet little gem.  Her past owner scissor cut her hair, badly, so we're not sure what a full coat looks like on her.  Our groomer tidied her up as best she could.  We were told she's a Pom x Chi, and she may have those breeds in her, but her coat is something else with the waves and 2 textures.  
She can be busy and sometimes barky so make sure you're ready for that!
