 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites.

Before completing our adoption application, please consider the following:

Is someone home to raise and train a puppy?
Do you have a securely fenced yard for the puppy?
Can you give a puppy a 15ish year commitment? 

Kinsley is one adorable mystery mutt.  She has beautiful, wavy, medium length fur, longer than she is tall and is about 13 pounds now and quite sturdy.  She is super sweet and lovable.  
Her new family needs to be onboard with training her.  She knew nothing when she arrived and had to await her final vaccine before she could participate with house and yard activities.  
She is not leash trained yet so a securely fenced yard is mandatory for this girl.

Our puppies are or will be neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate (they will need additional vaccines), de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
