 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites. 

Owen is a beautiful, affectionate, lovable boy.  He seems to have been well cared for in his past yet landed in a shelter where owners never claimed him.  
We've discovered that he absolutely loves children, a not so common quality in many small dogs.  He's got moderate energy so insure you can match it. 
He plays with his other small friends daily.  He does go berserk when on a leashed walk if he sees another dog but only because he wants to play with them.  It is not aggression, it's over excitement is all. 
He absolutely needs lifelong professional grooming so please provide your groomer and their phone number on the application if you do submit our adoption application.
