 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Patsy is a lively, affectionate, fairly active little gem.  She is great with other dogs, loves her people and ready for a committed home of her own that knows what a life long commitment is.  It looks like she's had at least 2 homes when tracing back her microchip and her age. 
She arrived overweight and with a raging bladder infection but she is doing great now.  A good and proper diet will be key to keeping to keeping her healthy in the future.  
Even so, she's the happiest and most social girl. She can be chatty at times so apartments are not a good idea for her.  She is crate trained and seems to be potty trained once her bladder infection was gone and she meshed into the potty routine.
