 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

 JAKE is a sweet, lovable boy who's family could not take care of him any longer and gave him up to us.  His coat was clipped by them before handing him off and it's apparent he was very matted.  We had a professional groomer tidy it up and he looks great now!  Be sure you are willing and able to take him to a PROFESSIONAL groomer every 8 weeks along with bathing and brushing him in between appointments.  He deserves to be properly cared for the rest of his life.  He is great with other dogs and he has good play energy still.  He's not great on leash so was likely never walked on leash before.  His new family will have to continue to work with this or just have him hang out at home with you.  
He MUST BE KEPT on a grain and chicken free diet (common allergens in this breed) or he will be an itchy boy as he's allergic to both.  That includes treats.  He was given a treat with chicken and was all itchy from just that small amount.  
His eyes, ears and teeth are in great condition.  He is crate trained and keeps his space clean.
