 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.

 Finley is a young terrier girl who doesn't know a whole lot of stuff yet.  Her new family should be willing and able to teach her all she should know.  She's sweet, good with other dogs though is a little afraid of new friends at first if they're all up on her and of course, she's beautiful!  She's a great size for someone who wants small and easily portable but not too tiny and fragile at 17 pounds.  We are saying she's 12 months and that's probably very generous as she's likely a bit younger still.  She will not yet walk on leash so her new family MUST have a securely fenced yard.
