  I'm Petey and I'm a very cool dude!  My breed mix is a mystery with my handsome Boston terrier-like head and ears, but I'm 24 pounds and my tail is about half the size of a full tail that curls upward. Doesn't that sound cute?   My foster doesn't know if my tail was docked like this or it's just a handsome natural tail. I like to think it's part of my charm.

If other dogs are getting snarky, I will back away and not engage like many of the young boys often do. I'm just not into that kind of drama.

I'm on the border of being a small or medium sized dog, but I'd like to think I'm the perfect size for someone wanting a smaller dog to easily take places and go on adventures with. Adventures -- I really want some of those!

My new family must have a securely fenced yard so I will stay safe. I would love to be your forever friend.
