 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.

 BETSY here and I'm needing a new family.  I found myself in a shelter and was over looked.  Why?  Am I not the cutest?  I certainly am the most friendly!  Is it my tiny little cherry eye?  Well, don't worry about that, it doesn't cause me any issues so the vet said it's best not to put me through any surgery for it.  I do like food, A LOT!  So my new family needs to help me get and keep my girlie figure.  The folks at CoH can share the healthiest ways to do that.  So who's looking for a peppy, lovable doll like me?
