Dewey is an adorable 11 year old who was surrendered by his family to a high kill shelter in ruff shape. He was matted, ears infected, had dental disease and some lameness in his rear end. He was great for his grooming, had a dental done and his ears tended to. He can manage 1 step to a porch and back into the house. He will follow your steps. His rear weakness is greatly improved with turmeric paste daily so should stay on this supplement. It's inexpensive and it works! After observing him for several weeks, we believe he's got dementia. He's "present" most of the time but sometimes is a little lost is all.
He's obviously not for every home but we believe there is someone out there that will love him and give him a permanent home to live out the rest of his life.
