We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
Prior to adoption, our dogs are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.
Delta was betrayed by her family when she was dumped at a shelter, very pregnant. She delivered her puppies in this shelter. She is a wonderful, pure bred, GSD girl who is looking for a permanent home that will take great care of her as a part of the family for the rest of her life. She loves to be with her people and is great with them. She's also good with dogs but does prefer a calmer dog to a busy youngster. She can get over a shorter fence if you are on the other side of it and she wants to be with you. She seems to have really good house manners and doesn't mind hanging out in a crate if need be. Her worst trait is that she'll occasionally jump up on someone. We have been working with her to curb that impulse and she's responding well.
Her ideal home would have someone around more than not, a 6 foot wooden fence, and a family that intends to keep her inside the home and not left outside like a lawn ornament.
