 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Carter looks like the doggie version of a Siamese cat.  He is outgoing, active, fun and lovable.  He found himself in a shelter after all of a hoarders dogs were confiscated.  He is good with people and other dogs, we're not sure about cats. He likes to try his hand at being the "big" dog occasionally but takes being told "no you're not" well.  He's doing pretty good with crate training while we work on his potty training.  He needs out more often that a 10 hour work day allows though. 
 ​If you can teach and show him what he's missed from his prior environment, maybe he's the new guy for you?
