About this dog: LEXIE is a doll of a little girl. Though she looks like an old lady, she's only between 1 and 1-1/2 yrs old. She was found wandering into someone's yard in Yakima very pregnant. Her puppies are all homed and now it's her turn to find a safe, secure home of her own. She is a small companion dog so she needs someone to be with her most of the time for her to have a happy life. She is capable of climbing over some 4 foot or shorter fences to go run and play. She is a social butterfly and does well with everyone and everything she meets including dogs of all sizes, cats and children. Young children that can't watch their feet is not a good home for her as she is small and can easily be tripped over or stepped on. She will be spayed soon and be ready for a home of her own. If she sounds like your kind of girl, please send in our adoption application for Lexie!
