 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

I am a very happy Corgi mix girl who is looking for a new forever home. My previous owner passed away and there was no one to take me so I ended up in a shelter where I was rescued. I'm 8 years old, but even experienced dog people are always mistaking me for a puppy. I'm not really a senior and prefer that I'm just entering my golden years ;) I have clear eyes, nice teeth, and beautiful, thick, soft red hair. As a small (15 pound) dog, I 'm still young, active and healthy, and could easily go for another 8 years, with luck and good care. I am seeking someone to give me a secure and loved second chance at life. In return, you'll get a loving new best friend who adores you. I've experienced an occasional lack of rapport with bossy small dogs, but I get along with most dogs of any size, and cats, too. The elderly lady who owned me had me trained on puppy pads, as she was unable to take me outside. So the whole pee-on-the-grass thing came as a bit of a shock, but I caught on and now I do it as if I'd done it my whole life. With all these changes in my life, I'm a little anxious when left alone, and would do best with someone who is home a lot. As long as I know someone is near, I'm calm and happy to do my own thing- sleeping inside, playing and exploring outside.
