4. Safety Home Check and/or Photos
5. Meet and Greet NOTE: all memebers of the family including current dogs will be required to be at the meet.
To meet or be considered for adoption, you must FIRST email us our completed adoption application to: collar.of.hope@live.com
We have a litter of 8 puppies in. 5 girls, 3 boys. They are a true heinz 57 mix and all have different looks. They do appear to have herding breeds like Australian Shepherd and or Border Collie as well as some Labrador look in some of them. They should be medium sized adults.
If you are interested in meeting these puppies or one of these puppies, you will need to submit our completed adoption application and be approved to adopt a puppy. Please also be prepared to send in home photos as outlined on our home page as part of the home safety check that includes your main living areas, yard/fence and one photo showing your house number clearly in it.
We will not hold or reserve a puppy. Once approved, the meet will be set up and what ever puppies are still with us at that time will be available for the applicant.
Due to thier young age, someoone must be available to them more often than not to facilitate all that a baby requires.
Anyone living in an apartment setting or any other shared lawn areas will not be considered for adoption as they will only be old enough for 1 of the 3 required puppy DHPP vaccines and therefore are not protected against parvo or distemper. We are firm with this.
They have been: Spayed/Neutered, 1st DHPP (2 more needed), worm/flea/parasite treated/prevented and micro chipped.
Our puppy adoption fee of $250 applies.
PLEASE BE CERTAIN YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT OR APPLY FOR A RESCUE. WE WILL NOT HOLD THEM FOR VACATIONS, MOVING INTO A NEW HOME OR HOLIDAYS ONCE APPROVED AND SELECTED TO ADOPT A RESCUE.
We thank you for seeking a rescue dog!
