 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Chili is a 9 month old girl that weighs 40 pounds with a gorgeous muddy red coat and green eyes. She is a fun, playful, active little girl. She is shy initially though and needs an understanding home that will give her the chance to warm up. She came from a shelter that took in 18 dogs that were abandonded on a property and most of the dogs there were yellow labradors. She really looks like a heinz 57 mix and we are not sure what all may be in her mix. To look at her, she looks like a lab x beagle but she doesn't have hound traits :) She is playful and does well with other dogs after living wiith a pack of dogs outside on that property but she is smart, highly food motivated and should take to training and learning very easily! She is loving leash walks in the country but would freak out in a busy city area.. She is crate trained and feels safe there. Overall, she is doing well with the whole domestication process which has been our main focus thus far. She will need continued work and training. She may be unsettled in some new situations but is getting better with the socialization and desensitation work we've been doing with her from where she started with us. She needs a home with a secure yard, no exceptions. With her background, she is not for the inexperienced dog handler or owner. With the right home, she will be a lovable, funny and entertaining addition in no time! If you are looking for a loyal new best friend, Chili may be the girl for you.
