Prior to adoption, our dogs are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.
Dalton is a fun loving, young, active, rat terrier mix boy. He can be vocal, when playing with other dogs mostly, so be sure you're ok with this and for this reason, we won't consider apartments/condos or other communal living. He has a lot to learn as he just ran amok with his dog family prior to coming to us. So insure you are willing, able and ready to continue his training. He is still pretty terrible on leash, so a securely fenced yard is required. He also likes to play "you can't catch me" with people preferring to go play with his doggie friends instead. Once caught and held, he's becoming very sweet.
