We are accepting applications for our V Litter! To be considered for a baby, someone must be home to raise the puppy (they cannot raise themselves) Please consider your life for the next 15 or so years (average life span for a small dog) If you have children, you must have a securely fenced yard.
These babies are playful and fairly active little cuties! Their Mama is Vera, a dark tan Chihuahua x Dachshund looking girl and we have no idea or info on what Papa may have been as we pulled her pregnant from a shelter where she was picked up as a stray. So if you're looking for a small, mixed breed cutie pie, maybe one of these babies is the new family member for you.
PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application. All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites.
Puppies that are not old enough to have received all 3 puppy DHPP vaccines will not be adopted to anyone in apartment or condo residents as they are not protected against parvo or distemper until they've received all 3 vaccines.
Our puppies are micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate, de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
The puppy will be vaccinated according to their age and will need additional vaccinations depending on their age.
They will need to be brought to our neuter clinic in Tacoma between 4-5 months of age for neuter or the adopter will be responsible for the cost of neuter with their own veterinarian.
Vaccine Protocol is as follows:
DHPP series of 3 are needed and puppies are not protected against parvo or distemper until they're received ALL 3 vaccines.
Bordetella 12 weeks of age
Rabies 4-6 months of age
