Penelope is a sweet old girl. The shelter said she was 10 but she's older than that. She was pulled from a kill shelter when she was out of time. It's clear she was loved but was very neglected. She's vision impaired but gets around fine, she actually loves to putter around the yard or home. She
got
a badly needed dental and has 1 molar left. She loves food and we have her on Honest Kitchen.
