Doogie is an easy going, delightful corgi boy. He lost a leg due to being stomped on my a horse in his past. He's currently overweight and needs a family committed to a GOOD diet (if you're unsure what that is, check dogfoodadvisor.com and or watch Pet Fooled online or at Netfix), measured food and exercise to get him where he should be.
He was abandoned with a lady by his former family who lived out of state and never returned for him. He is sort of lazy so his ideal new family will get his weight down and engage him to hopefully get his energy up as he trims down. It is a horrible thing to be a fatty and then to be a tripod and have a corgi body added to that...
He is great with everyone he meets, people and animals alike. We ask if there are any children in the home that they are well behaved and respectful.
If you think you can give him a permanent and well cared forever, please submit our adoption application to get the process started.
